I recently read this article on Brandweek updating the caffeine addicts on their expensive habit.
I, personally, loved their breakfast sandwiches and thought it was a great addition to my coffee. (That’s when I could find a store that actually sold them. They were beginning to turn up in South Beach, but it looks like that will come to screeching halt.) I am excited that they will be bringing WiFi to their customers free of charge. That makes me want to bring out the laptop for fresh air more often and make sure I don’t spill any coffee on it.
But I do agree with the article when it comes to the price of the product and with the poor economy we’re living in, it’s getting harder for them to survive. Perhaps they’ll lower their coffee beans by a $1 or $2 …
