As of today, I’m officially a full-time employee of GreenStraw Creative. How liberating!

Two weeks ago, I gave my two-weeks at XOS Digital after I felt my creative buzz slowly wearing off. It was time for challenge. Something to wake me up and remind me why I picked this career. With nothing super concrete in place, I accepted a couple of gigs to work with an animation and effects agency here in Orlando. Such a great group of people! What a difference it makes to be surrounded by nothing but creative minds and people who have a passion to do what they’re doing. I had been missing that ever since I left Disney’s Yellow Shoes.

This is the first time I’ve never been “full-time” employed with a company. Is it scary. Absolutely. Does it keep me on my toes? You bet. Would I trade it for anything else at the moment? No way.
